SEM Imaging of PVDF Fibers

Problem

Image the structure of electrospun polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) fibers using a scanning electron microscope (SEM).

Process

1. Electrospin PVDF fibers with and without dynamic wet stretching at varying elongation ratios.
2. Prepare samples of each electrospun PVDF fiber configuration.
3. Evaluate the uniformity and structure of the electrospun PVDF fibers using a SEM at varying magnifications.
